I recently learned...It sounds like a great recipe. I recently learned that baking a cake in a glass dish is NOT the same as baking in a metal baking pan! That may be why your cake (and all of mine =) turned out dry... I've found that the recommendation is to lower the temp by 25 degrees when baking in glass.
